How to order:

To order a report simply navigate to the report of your choice and select the ‘Order Report’ button.

The selected report will then be added to your Basket. You can order several different reports at the same time.

When ready to order you can proceed to your shopping basket summary by selecting the ‘Basket’ link at the top of the page.

You can amend your current order on this screen, or if you are ready to proceed click either the ‘Pay Offline’ or ‘Proceed to PayPal’ buttons.

How to pay for an order:

At this time we offer two methods for order payment:

1. Pay Online – choose this method if you wish to pay online for your order, we currently use the PayPal payment service so you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment system to complete your payment.

2. Pay Offline – choose this method if you wish to pay by invoice.

How your order is delivered:

If you Pay Online you will be sent a an automated email which contains a download link to the reports you have ordered. This email normally arrives straight after you have completed payment at PayPal however please allow up to 1 hour after submitting your payment as sometimes PayPal will carry out extended checks on your payment before marking it as complete.

If you Pay Offline we will normally email you the report after we have received payment, but may in certain cases come to alternative arrangements.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you Pay Online, due to the automated system of delivering your reports, we are unable to offer any cancellations or refunds as you will have most likely received the download links immediately, therefore as the products have been delivered we cannot cancel the order.

If you Pay Offline, you can request to cancel your order before it has been delivered, to do so please get in touch using the information provided at the bottom of this page. If your products have been sent to you via email we cannot offer a cancellation or refund at that stage as the products have been delivered.

Getting Support

If you paid online and have not received a download link to your products via email please contact us for assistance, please also check that the order email is not in your spam or junk mail folders.

If you have a problem viewing or opening a report, it may be that you require software that is able to read PDF format files. There are many free PDF Readers available online however one of the more popular ones is Adobe Acrobat reader which is available here:
