Ferrari’s SUV — a no-brainer, as will likely be the entry-level brand

Sergio Marchionne’s confirmation of an SUV for Ferrari is, of course, no mere product decision, it is transformational for Ferrari. It is a decision that would not have been made without the IPO, and it may be just the beginning of an era of change for a legendary company that is also considering launching an entry-level subbrand under the Dino name. A decision on that idea is expected in 2018 and you can expect a greenlight for that as well.
